We also work closely with families, caregivers, educators, professionals, and the wider community to create a supportive and inclusive ecosystem where persons with special needs are respected, valued, and given opportunities to participate meaningfully.
Our mission is to create awareness, promote acceptance and social inclusion, strengthen families, develop sustainable rehabilitation and support programs, and create pathways for lifelong learning and independence.

JKP Mission
JKP Vision
At JKP Care Foundation, our values guide every program, decision, and relationship. They reflect our commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change in the lives of persons with special needs and their families.
1. Dignity & Respect -We believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and understanding—regardless of disability or level of support required.
2. Inclusion & Equality - We promote an inclusive society where persons with special needs have equal opportunities to learn, participate, work, build relationships, and contribute to their communities.
3. Individuality & Potential - Every person is unique. We recognize individual strengths, abilities, interests, and learning styles and develop support around their potential rather than their limitations.
4. Compassion & Empathy - We approach individuals and families with patience, kindness, empathy, and genuine care, recognizing the challenges they may experience throughout their journey.
5. Excellence in Care & Practice - We strive for high standards in education, therapy, rehabilitation, training, and support through qualified professionals, continuous learning, and evidence-informed practices.
6. Empowerment & Independence - Our goal is not merely to provide support, but to build skills, confidence, self-advocacy, and independence, enabling individuals to participate as actively as possible in their own lives.
7. Family-Centred Approach - We recognize families as essential partners. We work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create consistent and meaningful support.
8. Integrity & Transparency - We believe in ethical conduct, accountability, responsible use of resources, transparency in our work, and maintaining the trust of the individuals and communities we serve.
9. Innovation & Continuous Learning - We encourage new ideas, innovative approaches, research, technology, and continuous professional development to improve outcomes and expand possibilities.
10. Sustainability & Social Responsibility - We work towards developing sustainable programs and resources that create long-term impact and contribute to a more compassionate, accessible, and inclusive society.
Our Guiding Principle
“Every individual has potential. Our responsibility is to identify it, nurture it, and create the right opportunities for it to flourish.”
To create an inclusive and compassionate society where persons with special needs have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and live independently. We envision a future where individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other disabilities receive the right education, therapy, and support to reach their full potential.
